According to Radio Pakistan, the conference saw attendance from Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, who was joined by senior leadership from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, Turkiye, and the International Monetary Fund. During the event, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb engaged in significant discussions with Saudi and World Bank officials.
One notable meeting on the sidelines involved Finance Minister Aurangzeb and Saudi Minister of Economy Faisal bin Fadhil Al-Ibrahim. The dialogue focused on investment and economic cooperation, with the Saudi Minister commending the high quality of Pakistani AI and technology talent. He highlighted Pakistan's standing as one of the leading countries producing top-tier tech professionals and expressed Saudi Arabia's interest in leveraging Pakistani expertise to advance its technological development.
