Pakistan’s Hajj Facilitation Centre in Makkah Resolves Over 3,000 Complaints


Makkah: Pakistan’s Hajj Facilitation Centre in Makkah has resolved over 3,000 complaints, ensuring swift support and improved services for the pilgrims.



According to Radio Pakistan, the total number of complaints has significantly decreased from last year, reflecting better organization, proactive preparations, and collaborative execution. Sharing details, In-charge Ayesha Ijaz stated that the Centre works round-the-clock to address issues related to travel, accommodation, food, documentation, and more.



She mentioned that various dedicated sections, including the Departure Cell, Madinah Departure Cell, Maktab Desk, Zong Desk, Call Centre, and a central Complaints Cell, are ensuring prompt resolution of pilgrims’ concerns. Early Departure Cell In-charge Abdul Sami Lakho reported that over 1,500 cases have been addressed so far regarding flight rebookings, ticket reissuance, and seat upgrades. He added that special airline desks have also been set up close to the Hujjaj’s residences.



Complaints Cell In-charge Hafiz Ubaidullah Zakariya stated that 3,147 complaints have been registered since the start of the operation. Of these, 2,446 were resolved within 24 hours, 113 remain under process, while 580 were found invalid. Meanwhile, lauding the services provided by the Facilitation Centre, the Hujjaj termed the overall arrangements during this year’s sacred journey as outstanding.
