Makkah: A Pakistani Moavin has demonstrated a commendable act of integrity by promptly returning a lost mobile phone belonging to an Iraqi pilgrim to the Pakistan Hajj Mission authorities.
According to Radio Pakistan, Correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema, reporting from Makkah, stated that the Moavin discovered the expensive mobile phone while on duty and immediately handed it over to the Mission. In a swift response, Coordinator Makkah Zulfiqar Khan traced the rightful owner and returned the phone to the Iraqi Group Leader.
The Iraqi Group Leader expressed gratitude to the Pakistan Hajj Mission for their professionalism and trustworthiness upon receiving the mobile phone. Later, in a conversation with the correspondent, Coordinator Makkah emphasized that Islam encourages honesty and aiding those in distress.
In recognition of the Moavin’s dedication, the Coordinator expressed immense satisfaction and announced a cash prize and a certificate to honor the Moavin’s exemplary conduct.
