Islamabad:Pakistani High Commissioner to Dhaka Imran Haider met with Bangladeshi Adviser for the Ministry of Finance and Planning Dr. Rashed Al Mahmud Titumir to discuss the strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

According to Radio Pakistan, the High Commissioner informed the Adviser about the outcomes of the 9th Session of the Joint Economic Commission, emphasizing the progress achieved thus far.

The discussions also covered opportunities in bilateral trade and investment, along with the potential for creating linkages between the respective Boards of Revenue. Dr. Titumir advocated for enhanced dialogue through both bilateral and multilateral forums, urging increased business and cultural connectivity to strengthen supply chain linkages.
