Lachin: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff, has emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening defence ties with Azerbaijan. He made these remarks during a meeting with Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence, Colonel General Hasanov Zakir Asgar Oglu.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting took place in Lachin, Azerbaijan, where the two leaders discussed matters of mutual interest, regional security dynamics, and ways to further enhance defence cooperation between the two nations. Syed Asim Munir expressed appreciation for the strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, underscoring the importance of continued collaboration in the defence sector.
