Islamabad: The Army Rocket Force Command today conducted a successful training fire of indigenously developed Fatah-4, Ground Launched Cruise Missile.
According to Radio Pakistan, equipped with advanced avionics and state-of-the-art navigational aids, the weapon system is capable of engaging long-range targets with high precision.
The training fire was conducted to enhance the operational efficiency of the troops and validate the technical parameters of various sub-systems incorporated for improved accuracy and enhanced survivability. The event was witnessed by senior officers from the Pakistan Army Rocket Force Command along with scientists and engineers of the developing agency.
The President, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Chief of Army Staff, the Chief of Defence Forces, the Chief of the Naval Staff, and the Chief of the Air Staff commended the successful training fire of Fatah-4. They appreciated the technical prowess, dedication, and commitment of all those who contributed towards the successful training fire of the F series missile.
