Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has affirmed that Pakistan will continue to respond decisively to any threats against its peace and stability. According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar acknowledged the pivotal role played by Pakistan's armed forces, law enforcement agencies, and police in confronting terrorism. He also recognized the civilian administration and first responders for their critical contributions in managing the aftermath of terrorist incidents. Referring to a recent terrorist incident in Islamabad, Dar expressed condolences to the victims and their families, assuring that the government is extending all necessary support and assistance to those affected.
The Deputy Prime Minister also conveyed gratitude to world leaders and foreign offices of friendly countries for their messages of condolence, prayers, and solidarity following the recent bomb blast in Islamabad.
