Pakistan: Pakistan has secured Dual Honors at IFN Deals of the Year Awards 2025. According to Radio Pakistan, the Ministry of Finance has warmly welcomed the announcement of the IFN Deals of the Year Awards 2025, in which Pakistan's landmark one billion dollar syndicated financing has been honoured with two major international accolades. Pakistan has received the IFN Pakistan Deal of the Year 2025 and the IFN Syndicated Finance Deal of the Year 2025, recognizing the successful execution of this significant transaction on the global Islamic finance stage. Welcoming the achievement, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb said the awards reflect international confidence in Pakistan's economic management and its ability to structure innovative and Shariah-compliant financing solutions in challenging global market conditions. He added that such international accolades reinforce investor confidence and contribute positively to Pakistan's standing in global financial markets. The IFN Deals of the Year Awards are am ong the most respected distinctions in the Islamic finance industry, recognizing landmark and ground-breaking transactions across jurisdictions and sectors. The awards are determined through an independent evaluation process and highlight excellence in structuring, innovation and market impact. The IFN Awards Ceremonies, where the honours will be formally presented, are scheduled to take place on 13th April this year in Dubai and on 22nd April this year in Kuala Lumpur.
