Peshawar:Pakistan Railways has commenced the transportation of diesel by rail to ensure a timely supply to PSO depots.

According to Radio Pakistan, a freight train carrying 750,000 litres of diesel has already arrived in Peshawar from Rawalpindi under the directive of Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi.

Additionally, another freight train carrying one million litres of diesel is expected to arrive in Peshawar from Mahmood Kot on Saturday night. The Railways Minister has instructed authorities to continue the daily transport of diesel to ensure an uninterrupted supply, maintaining smooth train operations and passenger services.
