Karachi: The Naval exercise THAMAR AL TAYYIB 2025 between the Royal Navy of the Sultanate of Oman and the Pakistan Navy concluded in Karachi today.

According to Radio Pakistan, two warships of the Royal Navy of the Sultanate of Oman, Al-Rasikh and Al-Shams, participated in the joint exercise. The Exercise TAT-2025 featured professional exchanges and a joint sea phase aimed at strengthening maritime security and cooperation.

The drill reflects the strong defence cooperation between Pakistan Navy and Royal Navy of Oman to advance regional maritime security. The Pakistan Navy and the Royal Navy of the Sultanate of Oman have been conducting these exercises regularly since 1980.

Officers of the Royal Navy of the Sultanate of Oman warships met with Pakistan Navy officials, discussed professional matters, and exchanged experiences in various maritime fields.
