Islamabad: Pakistan Navy has successfully conducted a live weapon firing of FM-90 (N) ER Surface-to-Air Missile in the North Arabian Sea. During the firepower demonstration, a Pakistan Navy ship successfully engaged highly maneuverable aerial targets, reaffirming the Navy’s war fighting potential and combat capability.
According to Radio Pakistan, the live weapon firing was witnessed by Commander Pakistan Fleet, Rear Admiral Abdul Munib, who was on-board a Pakistan Navy Fleet unit. He commended the officers and men involved in the firing for their commitment and professionalism. Rear Admiral Munib reiterated Pakistan Navy’s unwavering resolve to ensure the seaward defense of Pakistan and to safeguard national maritime interests under all circumstances.
