Pakistan Expresses Concern Over India’s Provocative Rhetoric

Islamabad: Pakistan has expressed concern over India’s provocative rhetoric and warned that any act of aggression will be dealt with a swift, resolute and intense response that will be remembered by posterity.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued a statement highlighting that the Indian Armed Forces and its political leaders must understand that the people and Armed Forces of Pakistan are fully equipped and determined to defend every inch of their territory with full resolve.

The ISPR expressed grave concern that, five months after Maarka-e-Haq and in the run-up to elections in Bihar and West Bengal, the Indian military leadership has begun repeating the same delusional, fabricated, and provocative propaganda typically seen before every state election in India.

The statement criticized the Indian military leadership for issuing irresponsible statements under significant political pressure, noting that these actions have turned the Indian military into a subject of ridicule. It emphasized that any unnecessary aggressive posturing and statements could trigger a cycle of jingoism, leading to serious consequences for peace and stability in South Asia.

The ISPR further commented on the Indian leadership’s attempts to reshape history with exaggerated narratives akin to Bollywood-style scripts. It suggested that the Indian Army and political leadership have not reconciled with their defeat in Maarka-e-Haq and the exposure of their falsehoods.

The statement concluded by asserting that the world now recognizes India as a proponent of cross-border terrorism and a source of regional instability, engaged in actions detrimental to its own people and its neighbors.
