Moscow: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar says Pakistan has earned notable recognition at the first-ever Eurasian Film Academy Awards ‘Diamond Butterfly’, held in Moscow.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a post on his X handle, Tarar congratulated the entire team of the film “Deemak” and especially Ms. Sonia Hussain for winning the Best Supporting Actress Award for her performance in the film.

He also extended his congratulations to the Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications for its remarkable efforts in showcasing Pakistani films on the international stage. Tarar emphasized that the directorate’s commitment and hard work continue to elevate the image of Pakistani cinema worldwide.
