Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan and China are iron brothers and their unbreakable bond continues to deepen, ensuring peace, progress and prosperity.
According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Sharif, in a post on his X handle on the occasion of the 76th National Day of China, highlighted that his recent visit to China in September further strengthened bilateral ties across all spheres. He emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to the successful implementation of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a transformative pillar of cooperation between the two nations, and its transition to the second phase with the introduction of five new corridors.
He also referred to the All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership between Pakistan and China, which has been rooted in a history of mutual trust, sacrifice, and sincerity since 1951.
