Brussels: Pakistan and Maldives have agreed to deepen their bilateral cooperation, focusing on trade, connectivity, and climate resilience. This understanding was reached during a meeting between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Maldives’ Foreign Minister Abdulla Khaleel. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 4th EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum.
According to Radio Pakistan, both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining regular contact, including through multilateral platforms, to further advance their shared priorities. The agreement highlights a commitment to collaborate more closely in areas that are crucial for both nations, aiming to strengthen their partnership on multiple fronts.
