Pakistan and Bangladesh to Strengthen Bilateral Ties and Multilateral Cooperation

Islamabad: Pakistan and Bangladesh have reached an understanding to expand cooperation across various sectors, aiming to build a forward-looking partnership for the benefit of the peoples of both countries. This agreement was reached during a recent telephonic conversation between Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Bangladesh's Foreign Minister Dr. Khalil ur Rehman.

According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister Dar extended his congratulations to Foreign Minister Dr. Rehman on his recent appointment. During their discussion, both leaders expressed a mutual desire to further strengthen bilateral ties. They emphasized a shared vision for achieving peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.

The conversation highlighted the commitment of both nations to not only enhance cooperation bilaterally but also in multilateral fora, paving the way for a strengthened relationship that promises to bring substantial benefits to both countries.
