Karachi: Interior minister Mohsin Naqvi has categorically stated that government will not allow anyone to bring a bad name to the country while travelling abroad. He stated this during his visit to Jinnah international airport Karachi.
According to Radio Pakistan, Naqvi emphasized that passengers with unverified and illegal documents will not be allowed to travel abroad. The Minister highlighted that professional beggars disguised as passengers will not only be offloaded but they will also face legal action.
Naqvi assured that individuals possessing valid travel documents have neither been stopped in the past nor would they be stopped in future. He further mentioned that facilitating passengers is the top most priority of the government.
He commended the FIA officials for their efforts in ensuring that passengers have valid documents and for maintaining an effective checking process.
