Islamabad: Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhary has stated that no military operation is being conducted in the Tirah valley. In a televised message, he assured that if there arises a need for such an operation, all stakeholders will be consulted.

According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhary highlighted that intelligence-based operations are ongoing under the National Action Plan and these efforts will continue. He expressed regret over what he described as the negative politics of the PTI concerning the situation in Tirah valley, suggesting that their actions are an attempt to obscure their lack of performance and instances of corruption.
