Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has declared that individuals, including professional beggars and those with incomplete travel documents, will not be permitted to travel abroad. He made this announcement during a visit to the Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, accompanied by Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry.
According to Radio Pakistan, Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the importance of maintaining Pakistan’s reputation, stating that those tarnishing it will face stringent consequences. He assured passengers that no one would be unjustly prevented from traveling, as long as they possess valid reasons and complete documentation.
The Interior Minister reaffirmed that upholding the dignity of Pakistan and ensuring passenger convenience are his foremost priorities. During their airport visit, Mohsin Naqvi and Talal Chaudhry inspected immigration counters and assessed the departure procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
