NEOC Issues Latest Update of Flood Situation in Rivers Across Punjab


Lahore: The National Emergency Operations Center of NDMA has issued the latest update on the flood situation in rivers across Punjab.



According to Radio Pakistan, River Sutlej at Ganda Singh Wala is experiencing an extremely high flow rate of 253,068 cusecs, while at Sulemanki, it is flowing at a high rate of 154,219 cusecs. The Ravi River at Balloki is flowing at an extremely high rate of 223,385 cusecs, whereas at Shahdara, it is at a very high rate of 108,960 cusecs, and at Jassar, the water flow is steady at 91,740 cusecs.



River Chenab at Marala is flowing at a medium pace of 150,162 cusecs, with steady flows reported at Trimmu and Punjnad. The River Indus at Guddu is flowing at a medium pace of 350,943 cusecs.
