Peshawar: The National Security Workshop organized by Pakistan Army successfully concluded in Peshawar. This national-level workshop ran from the 11th to the 22nd of this month, drawing participation from various segments of society, including elders, academia, media, political leaders, youth, and civil society. According to Radio Pakistan, eighty percent of the workshop attendees were from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly from the merged districts, while the remaining twenty percent hailed from other regions of the country. A total of ninety-one participants and one hundred fifty scholars from different universities in Peshawar attended the workshop. A special session was arranged for workshop participants with the Prime Minister and other state officials. In the concluding session, the Corps Commander Peshawar engaged in a detailed discussion with the participants on national security. The session highlighted the issues of misleading propaganda and the measures being taken against terrorism. The participa nts expressed their appreciation for the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Army in the fight against terrorism and reiterated their unwavering solidarity with the Pakistani Armed Forces.
