Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has announced the observance of ‘Youm-e-Tashakkur’ across the country today, in recognition of the successful response to Indian aggression through “Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos”.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister, in a statement issued in Islamabad, emphasized that the day is dedicated to offering gratitude to Almighty Allah, honoring the unmatched bravery of the Pakistan Armed Forces, and appreciating the unity and resilience of the Pakistani nation.

The Prime Minister highlighted that ‘Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos’ provided a strong and effective response to the enemy’s aggression, showcasing Pakistan’s superiority on all fronts. He expressed gratitude to Allah Almighty for the success and honor achieved.

He added that despite the provocations from the enemy, Pakistan maintained its defense with maximum restraint and complete preparedness.

The Prime Minister called upon the nation, particularly religious scholars, to perform collective Nawafil and offer special prayers across the country for Shuhada and Ghazis.

Shehbaz Sharif reiterated his commitment that the sacrifices made by the Pakistan Armed Forces will always be remembered, as the nation continues to stand in solidarity with them.
