Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Chaudhry Salik Hussain has expressed deep grief over the sad demise of Radio Pakistan's legendary Urdu Newscaster Taskeen Zafar. In his condolence message, the Minister said it was a huge loss for the Media Industry of Pakistan. Chaudhry Salik Hussain extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Taskeen Zafar. In this regard, fateha was also offered at the Pakistan Hajj Mission in Makkah for the legendary newscaster of Radio Pakistan. Spokesperson of Ministry of Religious Affairs Muhammad Umar Butt told Radio Pakistan that Taskeen Zafar was an asset of the country and her death is a huge loss not only to the Radio Pakistan but the entire broadcasting industry.
