Islamabad: Hot and very humid weather is likely to persist in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind/thundershower is expected at isolated places in Northeastern Punjab, Potohar region, Islamabad, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.
According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning indicated intense conditions, with Islamabad at twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-seven, Karachi and Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty, Gilgit at twenty-one, Murree at sixteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-four degrees centigrade.
The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thundershowers in Srinagar and Jammu. Meanwhile, partly cloudy and dry weather is expected in Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. This morning, temperature recordings showed Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at twenty degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-six, Leh at fifteen, and Pulwama and Baramula at twenty-one degrees centigrade.
