Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is forecasted for most parts of the country over the next twelve hours, with daytime temperatures expected to remain above normal. In contrast, the northern regions are likely to experience cold weather during the morning and night.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded in major cities this morning varied, with Islamabad and Muzaffarabad at ten degrees centigrade, Lahore at seventeen, Karachi at twenty, Peshawar at fifteen, and Quetta, Gilgit, and Murree at five degrees centigrade.

In the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast indicates cold and dry conditions in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Jammu is expected to remain dry and Leh will be very cold and dry. The temperatures recorded this morning in these regions were Srinagar and Anantnag at one degree centigrade, Shopian and Baramula at two, Jammu at twelve, Leh at minus seven, and Pulwama at zero degrees centigrade.
