Islamabad: Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot conditions are anticipated in plain areas during the next twelve hours. However, partly cloudy weather with light rain-thunderstorms may occur at isolated places in Gilgit Baltistan.
According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded this morning in major cities included Islamabad at twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore at thirty-two, Karachi at twenty-nine, Peshawar at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty-four, Gilgit at twenty, Murree at twenty-one, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade.
In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, hot and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while conditions are predicted to be very hot and dry in Jammu and Leh. The temperatures recorded this morning were sixteen degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Anantnag, twenty-nine in Jammu, seven in Leh, fifteen in Pulwama and Shopian, and twenty-one in Baramula.
