Islamabad: Mainly cold and dry weather is expected over most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, very cold conditions are likely during night and morning hours in hilly areas. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning shows Islamabad and Peshawar at seven degrees centigrade, Lahore at eleven, Karachi at seventeen, Quetta at three, Gilgit at two, Murree at zero, and Muzaffarabad at four degrees centigrade. The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy and cold weather in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, with partly cloudy conditions in Jammu. The temperatures recorded this morning were minus-three degrees centigrade in Srinagar and Shopian, eight in Jammu, minus-twelve in Leh, minus-two in Pulwama, and minus-one in Anantnag and Baramula.
