Lost & Found Cell in Madinah Addresses All Hujjaj Complaints Successfully


Madinah: The Lost and Found Cell in Madinah has successfully resolved all complaints from Hujjaj concerning missing items following the Hajj pilgrimage.



According to Radio Pakistan, the In-charge of the Lost and Found Cell, Ilyas Jaffar, discussed the resolution of these complaints while speaking with Radio Pakistan’s Correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema. A total of 175 complaints were received; 158 were submitted directly at the office, while 17 were lodged through the app. The team at the Lost and Found Cell operates in two shifts to ensure the timely facilitation of Hujjaj.



Jaffar detailed the mechanisms in place for tracing and recovering lost items, which include coordination through a dedicated WhatsApp group involving all Building Duty Officers. This coordination ensures early redressal of complaints. Hujjaj are encouraged to lodge complaints through the building duty officers or directly via phone at +966-593624876 and +966-582874014.
