Islamabad: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has stressed the need for collective efforts for the eradication of polio from the country. Addressing a function in Islamabad, he regretted the reports of seventy-three polio cases in the country during the last year. According to Radio Pakistan, the Governor said a special adviser for polio has been appointed in the governor's house in Peshawar and the doors of the governor house are open to everyone regarding the polio campaign. Faisal Karim Kundi emphasized that the promotion of peace and development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a top priority of the government.
