King of Jordan to Undertake State Visit to Pakistan


Islamabad: King of Jordan King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein is set to embark on a two-day state visit to Pakistan starting tomorrow, following an invitation from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.



According to Radio Pakistan, during the visit, King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein will engage in significant discussions with both the President and the Prime Minister of Pakistan. The meetings will cover the full spectrum of bilateral relations between the two nations. Additionally, a special investiture ceremony will be held at Aiwan-e-Sadr to bestow the highest civilian award upon His Majesty.



This visit underscores the enduring, fraternal ties between Pakistan and Jordan. It aims to enhance the strategic direction of Pakistan-Jordan relations and elevate them to a higher level, fostering a comprehensive partnership in the political, economic, and cultural domains.
