Kashmir Solidarity Day Rally Highlights Unwavering Support in Islamabad

Islamabad: In connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day, a rally led by Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Amir Muqam was taken out in Islamabad. The rally commenced from China Chowk and culminated at D-Chowk, with participants raising slogans in support of the Kashmiri people and carrying banners highlighting Indian actions against them.

According to Radio Pakistan, Minister for Kashmir Affairs Amir Muqam addressed the rally, stating that the large turnout of people from different segments of society underscores Pakistan's steadfast support for its Kashmiri brothers and sisters in their struggle for self-determination. He paid tribute to the sacrifices of the Kashmiri people and expressed confidence that their struggle will eventually yield results. Muqam also emphasized Pakistan's ongoing advocacy for the rights of Kashmiri people and urged the UN to implement its resolutions for resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in line with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhary also addressed the rally, highlighting that Indian actions in IIOJK are now exposed globally. He reiterated Pakistan's commitment to being the voice of the Kashmiri people and advocating for their cause in every forum.

Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, emphasized Pakistan's unwavering commitment to the Kashmir cause, describing it as a national cause. Additionally, APHC leader Farooq Rehmani stated that Pakistan and Kashmir are inseparable, condemning Indian actions in IIOJK and efforts to alter the demography of the disputed territory.
