Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Asif Hyder Shah has announced that the 35-day World Culture Festival will commence from 26th of this month in Karachi and the event is fully supported and owned by the Sindh Government. This he announced while addressing a meeting in Karachi today to review the security and other arrangements for the festival. Addressing the meeting, he said this landmark cultural event will feature over 400 artists from 40 countries, including Europe, America, Africa, and Arab nations. He said that the festival will showcase a diverse range of performances including Sindhi folk singers and indigenous musical instruments and highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the region.
