Islamabad: Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry has announced that investment in the mineral sector will primarily benefit the provinces, particularly Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. In a televised statement, he emphasized that this initiative will also generate significant job opportunities for the local population.
According to Radio Pakistan, Talal Chaudhry highlighted the historic nature of the Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum, marking the first occasion such a major event has been organized to harness the country’s natural resource potential. He pointed out that this effort aligns with the government’s broader strategy to drive sustainable development across the nation.
The Minister of State also criticized the PTI for actions he claims undermine national interests, accusing the party of opposing the progress and development of Pakistan. Despite these challenges, Chaudhry reaffirmed the government’s dedication to steering the country towards a more prosperous future.
