Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has commended the Frontier Constabulary force in combating terrorism. During a meeting with the 49th Common Police Officers appointed to the Frontier Constabulary in Islamabad, he said role of the force in ensuring peace and security is of utmost importance. Referring to the recent sacrifice of ten FC soldiers in DI Khan, the Minister said brave FC soldiers sacrificed their lives for the nation, setting a high standard of dedication. He said such sacrifices further strengthen Pakistan's resolve in the fight against terrorism. The Interior Minister said the force was being equipped with modern technology and tools to enhance its capabilities. Mohsin Naqvi encouraged the officers to build meaningful relationships with the public and to prioritize service. According to Radio Pakistan, the Interior Minister highlighted the critical role of the Frontier Constabulary in maintaining national security. He emphasized the government's commitment to providing the force with adv anced resources to better address security challenges. The modernization of the Frontier Constabulary is seen as a pivotal step in bolstering the country's defense against terrorism, with an aim to further professionalize the force. The Minister also underscored the importance of public engagement, urging officers to foster trust and cooperation with the communities they serve.
