Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar visited the office of Mumtaz Media Group in Islamabad today. The CEO of Mumtaz Media Group, Ahsan Tariq, warmly received the Minister, who offered condolences to the Editor of Daily Mumtaz, Tariq Mahmood Sameer, on the passing of his brother-in-law, Muhammad Aslam.

According to Radio Pakistan, during his visit, the Minister took a tour of the Mumtaz Media Group offices, accompanied by Principal Information Officer Mubashir Hassan. The Minister met with the staff and expressed his best wishes for Mumtaz Media Group, engaging in discussions regarding media-related matters.

Attaullah Tarar conveyed his good wishes for Mumtaz Media Group and acknowledged their commendable role, alongside other media outlets, during the Pakistan-India war. Additionally, the Minister visited the office of the Independent Urdu to offer condolences to senior journalist Mona Khan on the passing of her mother, praying for a higher status in heaven for the departed soul.
