IIOJK: BJP Regime Intensifies Property Seizure to Punish Locals Under Fabricated Charges

Srinagar: All Parties Hurriyat Conference has called upon Kashmiris on both sides of Line of Control and across the globe to observe October 27 as Black Day, marking the day in 1947 when India forcibly occupied Jammu and Kashmir in violation of the Partition Plan and the will of its people.

According to Radio Pakistan, APHC spokesman Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement in Srinagar said the day symbolizes the start of India’s illegal occupation, urging global observance to remind the world of the urgent need for a UN-supervised resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

He termed occupied Jammu and Kashmir as a military garrison where killings, arbitrary arrests, house raids, and property seizures are routine.

Meanwhile, the BJP regime has intensified property seizures across the occupied territory, continuing its campaign to punish locals under fabricated charges.

On the other hand, a massive Indian military build-up is underway along the Line of Control with reports of heavy artillery movement in Handwara, Kupwara, and Tangdhar areas.
