Hot and Dry Conditions to Prevail Across the Country with Scattered Rain Expected in Some Areas


Islamabad: Hot and dry weather is anticipated in most parts of the country, with plain areas experiencing very hot conditions during the daytime over the next twelve hours. However, there is a possibility of rain, wind, and thunderstorms at isolated locations in Northeast Punjab, Kashmir, and nearby hilly regions.



According to Radio Pakistan, the morning temperatures in major cities were recorded as follows: Islamabad and Peshawar at thirty-nine degrees Celsius, Lahore at thirty-three, Karachi at thirty, Quetta at twenty-five, Gilgit at eighteen, Murree at twenty-one, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-seven degrees Celsius.



For the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy skies with chances of rain and thunderstorms in areas including Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. Morning temperatures in these areas were recorded as nineteen degrees Celsius in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Shopian, twenty-nine in Jammu, six in Leh, and eighteen in Anantnag and Baramula.
