Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan has expressed the government’s commitment to extending all possible support to investors. He was speaking to a delegation from the International Advisory Board of the Samson Group of Companies in Islamabad.
According to Radio Pakistan, discussions during the meeting focused on the role of the Ministry of Industries and Production in industrial development and the promotion of tourism in Pakistan. Haroon Akhtar Khan highlighted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s vision of promoting Pakistan’s tourism industry on an international scale, emphasizing that tourism growth will generate significant employment opportunities nationwide.
The Special Assistant underscored the Prime Minister’s aim to provide world-class facilities in Pakistan’s northern areas, which boast immense natural beauty. He stated that the development of these regions is a top government priority.
Haroon Akhtar Khan also commended the efforts of PC Malam Jabba and Malam Jabba Resort for their valuable contributions to promoting regional tourism. The International Advisory Board and CEO Malam Jabba reaffirmed their dedication to developing world-class resorts in Pakistan’s northern areas, with the goal of attracting international tourists and strengthening the hospitality industry.
