Islamabad: Minister of State for Law and Justice Barrister Aqeel Malik has announced that the government is implementing concrete measures to combat online violence against women. He shared these insights while addressing a ceremony in Islamabad, which was organized to observe the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister highlighted that violence against women has increasingly spread into the digital realm. He emphasized the responsibility to create a safe and secure online environment for women and girls. Barrister Aqeel Malik also pointed out the crucial need for raising awareness among women and girls about practicing caution on various digital platforms.
