Lahore: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has stated that the government is making comprehensive efforts to fulfill its commitments to the people of Pakistan, focusing on the nation’s progress and development. Addressing a public gathering in his constituency, he emphasized that the PML-N is dedicated to public welfare, with ongoing international standard development projects as evidence of this commitment.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister highlighted the global appreciation for Pakistan’s positive growth trajectory under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif over the past eighteen months. He pointed out that all state institutions are currently working in perfect harmony to capitalize on the gains of economic growth and stability.
The Minister also addressed the issue of anti-state propaganda by PTI, asserting that those spreading hatred against the state and its institutions will face significant defeat. He criticized Tehreek-i-Intishaar for its negative remarks against Pakistan’s armed forces and senior military leadership, who have successfully countered adversaries like India.
He further claimed that PTI has become a tool for Pakistan’s enemies, with its official accounts’ tweets and false propaganda being amplified by Indian and Afghan media. The Minister stressed that no individual is above the state, criticizing PTI’s founder for considering himself superior to the state.
Attaullah Tarar concluded by stating that PTI has failed to address law and order in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, leading to the public’s rejection of its chaotic politics.
