Government Unveils Youth-Centric Development Programs: Ahsan Iqbal


Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has announced the launch of several initiatives aimed at integrating youth into the national development process. Addressing the URAAN Pakistan Debates 2025 in Islamabad today, he described the initiative as a crucial platform for nurturing a new generation of intellectual and ethical leaders in the country.



According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister emphasized that the nation’s youth should aim to achieve the highest levels of innovation, characterizing their journey as “a flight towards the stars.” He highlighted that the government is equipping young Pakistanis with the necessary knowledge, creativity, and technological skills required for the modern era.



Ahsan Iqbal also stated that Pakistan is prepared for its fourth historic take-off, which he stressed must be sustainable, decisive, and collective. Recalling the country’s success in Marka e Haq, he expressed confidence that Pakistan will also succeed in the “battle for development” through perseverance, unity, and long-term reforms. He further emphasized that successful nations attain progress by adopting peace, stability, policy continuity, and sustained reforms.
