Islamabad: First Lady Asifa Bhutto Zardari has congratulated Ms Han Seong-sook on her appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea.

According to Radio Pakistan, First Lady Asifa Bhutto Zardari issued a statement acknowledging Ms Han's appointment as a testament to her leadership in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. She emphasized that this appointment marks a significant step forward for women in leadership and public service roles.

The First Lady also expressed optimism that Prime Minister Han Seong-sook's tenure would further enhance the friendly relations and cooperation between Pakistan and the Republic of Korea, benefiting both nations and their citizens.
