Field Marshal Vows Strong Response to Indian Aggression

Kakul: Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir has warned India of a strong and decisive response in the event of any fresh wave of hostilities. Delivering an historic and unequivocal address at the passing-out parade of Pakistan Military Academy, he stated Pakistan would respond in a manner far beyond the expectations of those initiating the hostilities.

According to Radio Pakistan, Field Marshal Munir emphasized the reach and lethality of Pakistan’s weapon systems, asserting that Pakistan will shatter the misconceived immunity of India’s geographic vastness. He warned that the retributive military and economic losses inflicted would surpass the imagination and calculations of those causing chaos and instability.

However, Asim Munir advised and cautioned the Indian military leadership that there is no space for war in a nuclearized environment. He urged India to settle core issues with Pakistan as per international norms, based on equality and mutual respect. He stated that Pakistan will not be intimidated nor coerced by Indian rhetoric and will respond decisively to even minor provocations.

Field Marshal Munir highlighted that Pakistan’s defense doctrine is based on credible deterrence and perpetual readiness, covering the full spectrum of capabilities. He affirmed the steadfast resolve of Pakistan’s armed forces, supported by the nation, in defending the country’s frontiers with conviction and pride.

Referring to the recent Marka-e-Haq, Munir stated it has strengthened the trust and confidence of the Pakistani people in the competence and capabilities of their armed forces. By neutralizing threats with professionalism, including downing advanced assets like Rafales and targeting multiple bases, Pakistan has demonstrated its capabilities and willingness to defend.

Munir acknowledged the unity of the people of Pakistan, irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity, or creed, in standing firm against the enemy. He reflected on Pakistan’s past successes and reiterated the country’s victory against a strategically blind and nave adversary.

Field Marshal Munir assured the nation that with divine help and public support, Pakistan will not lose an inch of its land. He warned of India’s attempts to create a divide between Pakistan’s armed forces and the people, emphasizing the unshakeable bond between them.

He accused India of continuing state-sponsored terrorism and using proxies to attack Pakistan. Munir urged the Taliban regime to control these proxies and encouraged the Afghan people to choose mutual security and progress over violence. He expressed Pakistan’s determination to defeat terrorism and its adversaries.

Field Marshal Munir outlined Pakistan’s role as a regional stabilizer, noting strengthened relations with global and regional powers, particularly Muslim countries. He highlighted a recent defense agreement with Saudi Arabia as a step toward peace and stability in the Middle East and South Asia.

Munir expressed pride in Pakistan’s partnership with China and noted positive developments in relations with the USA. He appreciated efforts by President Donald Trump for peace in conflict areas.

Regarding Indian actions in Jammu and Kashmir, Munir condemned the atrocities and reaffirmed Pakistan’s support for the Kashmiri freedom struggle. He called for resolution according to UN resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

On the Gaza peace agreement, Munir expressed hope for enduring peace and stability and expected continued ceasefire and humanitarian relief in the region.

Domestically, Field Marshal Munir noted Pakistan’s economic progress, asserting positive indicators and increased investment attraction, signaling the country’s rightful place in the global community.
