Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched Pre-Departure Facilitation Desks across all its zonal offices with immediate effect. This initiative is designed to provide guidance and assistance to international travellers regarding immigration procedures and clearances, aiming to ensure a smoother and more hassle-free travel experience.

According to Radio Pakistan, the facilitation desks will be accessible in person, as well as through dedicated helplines and email services. Further details about the services provided by these desks can be found at airports, border crossing points, and on the FIA’s official website.
