Federal Ombudsman Office Enhances Its Outreach and Accessibility

Islamabad: The Federal Ombudsman Office has significantly enhanced its outreach and accessibility, enabling individuals to receive administrative relief directly at their doorsteps in remote and far-off areas through virtual means. This announcement was made by Federal Ombudsman Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi during an annual performance briefing held in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ejaz Ahmad Qureshi highlighted several key initiatives aimed at expanding the Ombudsman Office’s reach. These efforts are designed to improve the accessibility of the Ombudsman Secretariat.

Qureshi noted that as a result of these initiatives, the number of people seeking relief and benefiting from the Ombudsman Office is expected to exceed 250,000 during the current year. He also emphasized the presence of a dedicated implementation section within the Secretariat, responsible for ensuring the execution of decisions and findings.
