Makkah: Coordinator Makkah Zulfiqar Khan has stated that all efforts are being made to provide optimal services to the guests of Allah for their spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience this year.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Coordinator expressed these views during his visit to Mina camps along with the Project Coordinator of Al Rajhi Company and other officials in Makkah. The visit took place on Friday with a focus on ensuring comprehensive facilities for intending pilgrims, including hygienic food, proper healthcare, and clear routing to Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Jamrat.
The Coordinator emphasized that all camps will be fully air-conditioned and furnished with sofa-cum-beds, providing comfort to pilgrims for both sitting and sleeping. Additionally, elevated storage racks have been installed to accommodate pilgrims’ luggage, enhancing their overall experience.
On the occasion, Zulfiqar Khan also suggested the introduction of street numbering within the camps and the inclusion of route guidance in a QR code system. He further mentioned to our correspondent that the previous practice in Mina has been transformed into a more elaborate training of the welfare staff, aligning with the re-imagined Mashair management strategy. This new approach necessitates a detailed and scenario-based orientation of each segment of the Mashair, covering Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Jamrat, along with allied issues of transportation.
