Islamabad: Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, while appreciating the positive trajectory of Pakistan-UAE fraternal relations, have exchanged views to further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the areas of governance, institutional development, and public sector innovation. The understanding to this effect was reached during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, and a visiting high-level UAE delegation led by Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Knowledge Exchange, Abdullah Nasser Lootah.
According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between the two nations in key areas. Both parties emphasized the importance of governance and institutional development as pivotal areas of collaboration.
