Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with his Slovenian counterpart, Ms. Tanja Fajon. Ishaq Dar briefed Ms. Fajon on the evolving regional situation, firmly rejecting India’s allegations and denouncing unilateral actions, including holding the Indus Waters Treaty in abeyance, which he stated is a violation of international law.

According to Radio Pakistan, as non-permanent members of the UN Security Council, the two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening multilateral cooperation. They also reviewed bilateral relations and agreed to further deepen ties across all sectors.
