Istanbul: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, arrived in Istanbul, Turkiye to participate in the 51st Session of the Council of the Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, commencing from Saturday.
According to Radio Pakistan, upon his arrival at the airport, the Deputy Prime Minister was received by Pakistan’s Ambassador to Turkiye, Dr. Yousaf Junaid, Consul General Nauman Aslam, and a representative from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Following his arrival, he attended the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum’s Grand Youth Award Ceremony in Istanbul.
The Deputy Prime Minister attended the ceremony at the invitation of the Foreign Minister of Turkiye, Hakan Fidan. The ceremony recognized President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for his leadership and dedication to youth empowerment.
On behalf of the Pakistani nation and its leadership, Ishaq Dar expressed deep appreciation and extended felicitations to President Erdogan for the honor conferred by the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum.
