Islamabad: The countrywide Cricket Talent Hunt programme was launched in Islamabad today. Addressing the launch ceremony of the programme along with CEO Lahore Qalanders Rana Atif and Cricket Star Shaheen Shah Afridi, Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, announced that the Cricket Talent Hunt programme is being launched in collaboration with Lahore Qalanders.
According to Radio Pakistan, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan emphasized that Pakistan is blessed with talented youth, and the government is committed to providing ample opportunities for young people across the country to develop their skills. While the current focus is on cricket, the Talent Hunt programme will eventually expand to include all sports.
The Chairman also highlighted the successful continuation of the remaining matches of the PSL 10th Edition, marking it as a significant achievement for the government, particularly in light of recent tensions with India. He noted the global recognition of Pakistan’s efforts and d
edication to resume PSL matches following the unprovoked Indian aggression.
Furthermore, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan revealed plans for the PSL Trophy to embark on a journey to the UK and the USA, where it will be unveiled, showcasing Pakistan’s sporting spirit on an international stage.
